Sara Carinhas and Victor Hugo Pontes
For Cecília Meireles “ successively man and woman, Orlando represents the experience of one being in different situations in which nature place us in the world.” Sara Carinhas and Victor Hugo Pontes accepted the mutual challenge of putting on stage the choreography of this fictional body, the recreation of this world and the questions surrounding gender and time, in a solo that is the character’s biographical map, but which is and it isn’t Woolf’s text.
